To submit a request for a RA (Return Authorisation) number, please complete the form below. Those fields marked with a * must be completed.
Terms & Conditions:
1. A Return Authorisation (RA) Number must be obtained prior to returning goods for repair or credit.
2. The RA number must be clearly written on the package’s shipping label (not on the product packaging).
3. Where goods are claimed to be faulty, a detailed description of the fault must be included. (“Faulty” or “Not Working” is insufficient & will result in your RA request being rejected.)
4. Goods returned incomplete, damaged or in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted for credit.
5. Special ordered non-standard products, ‘19” Racks & Cabinets’, ‘IWB Kits’, ‘Custom’ or ‘Made to Order’ products, will not be accepted for return or credit.
6. Freight charged on the original invoice will not be credited on returned goods.
7. A 20% Re-Stocking fee will apply to goods returned for credit after 14 days from invoice date.
8. Products will not be accepted for credit after 30 days from invoice date.
9. RA’s are valid for 7 days from issue only - Please ensure goods are sent back promptly.
10. A service fee of $60.00 (Ex GST) may apply if there is no fault found with returned warranty repair claims.
11. Warranty Repairs & Credit Returns are to be sent to Dueltek at Customers expense.
12. A granted RA request does not guarantee either a credit or replacement. It is simply an authorisation to return the goods to Dueltek for evaluation.
