Q) Which internet browser should I use for this website?
A) We recommend the latest version of Google Chrome. However, current versions most internet browsers will work fine as well.
Q) Are you open on weekends?
A) No. We are open 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Q) Do you have a Catalogue?
A) The Dueltek website is our catalogue. Occasionally we will release short run brochures for new products, but in the interest of the environment, Dueltek endeavours to be a 100% paperless company.
Q) If I order goods from you and they are not in stock, how long would it be until I receive my order?
A) Average ETA's for additional stock is listed on each product page. This information is based on quantities available in Australia only. Longer waiting periods will apply for stock which needs to be manufactured or imported.
