Q) What happens if you sell out of a product I want?
A) Dueltek hold thousands of products in stock so orders can be despatched immediately. In the event a product becomes unavailable, call us and we will try to find an alternate solution for you.
Q) The product I need shows no stock & the ETA is 2-3 days. When will I receive my item.
A) The 'ETA for additional units' is to be used as a guide only. In the event Dueltek does not have stock available, this can be used a an indication of the average delivery time from our vendors (providing they have the stock available).
Q) I need a wall plate, but I can't find it on your site. Can you make one for me?
A) Yes. Dueltek can custom design almost any type of wall plate with any connector configuration. We can also print labels & logos.
